STAFF INTRODUCTION

Kana Yamamoto Concierge

I have been interested in travelling since I was a child and have travelled throughout Japan from Hokkaido to Okinawa. I enjoy the experience of seeing things I have never seen before, eating local foods and meeting the local people.

After a few years working in Japan, my interest in European culture led me to leave Japan and study English in the U.K. It was a great experience as I lived with an English family and spent each day with not only English people but also people from all over the world at the school.

After my studies had finished, I worked in London at a Travel Agency where I arranged holidays for people who wanted to visit Japan. Throughout my time living away from Japan, I rediscovered the many qualities of my country. From Japan’s beautiful scenery, it’s delicious food, the friendliness and warm hospitality of its people, to its culture and history.

Nara is an ancient city in Japan and is famous for world heritage temples and the shrine. As the seasons change Nara’s beauty countries, in the spring there is the beautiful scenery of the cherry blossoms at Mt. Yoshino and the burning mountain of Mt. Wakakusa in the winter.

If you are interested in historical architecture, culture and unspoiled nature, I would highly recommend a visit to Nara.
I would be very happy to assist you organizing a holiday to Nara and would do my best to provide you an unforgettable experience.
